And d'ya guys think that I should go to NCIS FanFest? And if so, again - wanna share a hotel room?

CJ - Look Ma!

ZOMG I R LOZER LULZ

So torrentspy.com no worky for Americans nao. My first thought? "NOOOO THEY BE TAKIN MAH TORRENTZ!"

...I must stop reading macros, I must stop reading macros...

Granted, my other geek moment today was unrelated to macros. I was walking to my truck at the park-n-ride, I saw a bumper sticker that said 'Art With Heart', and, swear to God, THIS was my first thought: "No thanks, I like my heart where it is, running my cardiovascular system."

...sometimes I think they should just take me to the vet and put me to sleep, man.

Oooh, sleep. That sounds nice! I mean, I'm sitting here, thinking about writing a cult story, while playing Real Lives and watching the Twilight Zone and possibly engaging in morbid giggling over Owen Wilson's attempted suicide.

Also: AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH MY KNEEEEEE! It's not used to the lunges we do in fencing, and I think my effing kneecap slid again. Also, I totalz haven't read Gilgamesh or Gorgias for my honors classes tomorrow... but I read the Wikipedia articles! So, er, I'm semi-sortof-prepared? Gah. I wonder if there's a Wishbone version...

Nao, teh month meme:
- Pick your birth month.
- Strike out anything that doesn't apply to you.
- Bold the ones that best apply to you.
- Copy to your own journal, with all twelve months under a lj-cut.
- Feel free to correct me if you disagree with me

Things that I can't decided on for some reason or another: Gossip Girl (The CW, it's got Connor Paolo), Life is Wild (The CW, it's got K'sun Ray), Big Shots (ABC, it's got Chris Titus), Carpoolers (ABC, it's got Jerry O'C.), Cavemen (ABC, it's the Geico cavemen zomg), Private Practice (ABC, it's got Taye Diggs, Tim Daly, AND Chris Lowell), New Amsterdam (FOX - on the one hand, it sounds completely cool; on the other hand, it's on FOX and shall therefore be canceled), The Sarah Connor Chronicles (FOX, sounds cool and has Summer Glau - on the other hand, I've never seen the Terminator movies), Big Bang Theory (CBS, has Johnny Galecki, but sounds kind of stupid), Cane (CBS, has Rita Moreno and Alona Tal, but sounds kinda boring).

*geeks the hell OUT*

OMG. OMG. Sorry, but OMG.

21JS - *dorky wave*

In which I actually update, and then mostly babble about Doctor Who

This just in: I'm still alive! I know, it shocked me too. But then I got over it.

This also just in: I've watched all the Captain Jack episodes of Doctor Who, plus the Christmas special, plus I've read two of the Tenth Doctor books and ordered all three of the Ninth Doctor books with Cap'n Jack. I now have a playlist for songs that remind me of Doctor Who, and I just saw 'Cry Wolf' pop up on the TV Guide channel but for a split-second I thought it said 'Bad Wolf'.

Oh yeah, it's a sickness. But such a brilliant one...

Anyway, I'm back from my St. Augustine/Disney World vacay - meaning, I'm currently in Maryland (I decided that I had had enough of Joe after over a week, and would possibly kill him if I stayed at his place an extra two weeks). Aaaand no longer dreading my return to Colorado, because I discussed it with my mother, and she agreed to let me quit police explorers. I'm just not cut out for that anymore - and maybe never was, but definitely not now when I'm planning on majoring in history and am seriously considering a career in teaching. Yeah, I know. How more ADD can I get when it comes to careers? At least they've all been in the same general area - service careers. Which is, you know, a little bizarre. Or hey, maybe I really will go into the showbiz biz.

Also, it's looking like I'll be taking back a lovebird with me to CO. One named Margarita, if you'll believe it. (My aunt raises birds; she's looking for a home for one of the two baby lovebirds she currently has. She's also the one who named it, so don't be lookin' at me, yo.)

Disney World was freaking awesome-tastic, and I even managed to keep from spending an entire fortune there. I mean, I still did, but it was just paying for food this time 'round. Well, and far too much stuff at the World Pavilions at Epcot. I'm sorry, but they had Crunchie bars! And Aero bars! And I seriously need to, like, just move to England, where I can get all this stuff cheap. Also, Orlando has an oddly large British population. No, I don't know why.

HOLY CRAP. Just saw a commercial where a little girl sang-song "Who's afraid of the big bad wolf?" I swear, that, and 'mummy', never gonna be just words to me again. Joe's saying he's gonna dress up as a gas-mask person, and then videotape himself moving towards the camera going "Mummy? Where's my mummy?" and then send it to me. I told him that if he did, I would freaking shoot him. I'm also thinking about maybe being a Dalek for Halloween, but that might be even too geeky for ME.

...nah. But it would be rather bulky to drag through school for our Halloween party. Maybe Cybermen? But nah. I could be one of the incarnations of the Doctor... I've got short hair! It could work!

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering: bird claws HURT when climbing up the inside vein of your arm. Who'da thought it, right? Oh, and my legs are falling asleep. And my hair is all slimy. But life? She is good!

(PS: Someone remind me to put in some more David Monahan pictures and add in some John Barrowman and David Tennant pictures to my mood theme? And to get icons of the second two, also.)

Wonderfalls - WTF?

WARNING: LOTS OF CAPSLOCK AHEAD! No idea why. Just 'cause.

Someone, make me stop thinking "I should pray to my dear and fluffy lord". It's getting repetitive, damn it!

KICK ASS SHIRTS I WANT:

I'm currently kicking back on the couch with Law & Order: SVU on in the background, wearing my 'Rock is Dead - long live paper & scissors' shirt, with my laptop on my lap with LJ, College Confidential's forums, and iTunes open as I sing (LOUDLY) along to "Little Miss Get-Around" - aka the song that was playing in "Driver Ed" when Beaver was sleeping on the couch.

Oh, wait, switched to "Four Leaf Clover", aka the 'Lamb-goes-to-Mexico' song from "Donut Run". Aaaand now I've switched to "Baba O'Riley", aka the CSI: New York theme song. And earlier I was totally watching some Hill Street Blues.

ANYWAY! Went to the dentist today. They scraped and cleaned and OMG THERE WAS THIS TOTALLY HOT DENTIST GUY WHO CAME OVER TO GLANCE AT MY TEETH AND I THOUGHT I WOULD DIE BECAUSE HE WAS TOTALLY CUTE, AND HAD THIS AWESOME VOICE, AND WORE GLASSES. Okay, I'm done now.

Then I had rugby practice, where I was one of about six girls who showed up. We did this one "exercize" in which two of us faced each other, both with our left feet on this line between us, and then tried to get the other person to the ground (covered in snow and dead grass). When one person goes down, she goes off, and the next person goes up against the first winner. And so on. I was last in line, and I went up against Erin, who had won the first match and all the other ones, too. AND I TOOK HER DOWN! I took down the next two, also. And then I was so exhausted I just let myself get taken down by the next in line. I pulled myself maybe a foot or two over and just lay there (until another match got a little close and I had to scramble out of the way on all fours, screeching).

It was especially amusing because the point of the drill was to learn how to get low enough to knock the other person over. And EVERYONE got lower than me, went straight to my knees. And I managed to beat 'em through use of my impressive mass. SEE, BEING FAT IS GOOD FOR SOMETHING! Take that, dieters!

TOMORROW'S PLANS: Go to school. Go to police explorers uniform fitting. Go get a haircut (I've got an effing mullet again, damn it!). GO GET SHE SPIES SEASON ONE DVD OMG! See future post on She Spies.

DA - whatever!

Just in case you need proof I was a loser. (57th time that title was used.)

I just spent a few hours staring at pictures of Nicholas Lea (aka Krycek from the X-Files) and have come to the conclusion that he and Michael Shanks need to play brothers in something. Anything. I mean it, dudes.

Also, to keep track of my loserosity. Things I currently have being shipped to me:
- CSI: New York book
- Serenity visual guide
- Once a Thief DVD
- Booker season one on DVD
- box of Veronica Mars cards
