MST3K - fish

This just in: Am possibly watching too much TV.

So I'm watching "The Tip" on my laptop, and Mark Harmon pops up on television, which I catch out of the very corner of my eye. It's really sad, because there was seriously maybe half-an-inch viewing area, I was focusing on the center of the laptop screen, and I recognized the top of Mark Harmon's forehead.

(no subject)

I'm rewatching "Ancient Tribes", and here's another scene I missed: Ryan and Adebisi are in the kitchen, having discovered rat shit. Pancamo starts hassling them, and Ryan gets up to yell at him. Adebisi starts making rat noises to call them out. I totally missed that the first time.

What to record for tomorrow:

A&E: 7-8AM ("Out of Sight")
A&E: 12-1PM ("What Happens in Vegas Dies in Boston")
A&E: 4-5PM ("Murders in the Rue Morgue")
CBS: 8-9PM ("Dog Eat Dog")

Damn, I thought there were supposed to be more Seelysodes in the CJ marathon. Oh well. Three's still awesome. And I will be recording the CSI episode even if I'm back home in time for it because I just know it's going to be hella disgusting.

Okay, on to the movie I saw today. Yours, Mine and Ours? Was great. I loved it so much more than Cheaper By the Dozen. In Cheaper By the Dozen, you never got to really know any of the kids - except Tom Welling, Hilary Duff, and the redheaded one, all of whom were total caricatures. The parents were total morons, and all of the comedic situations might as well have been the result of parental negligence. YMO had believable, likeable characters you could tell apart from one another and the comedy situations could happen with any large family - hell, half of it's happened on accident to my and my cousins, instead of done on purpose with me and my seventeen siblings! Sure, it was damn predictable, but it was fun, and little kids are cute! And Sean Faris is pretty cute, sort of like a sane Tom Cruise.

Spoiler for tonight's Veronica Mars!

Collapse )

I feel the urge to make a Butters - sorry, Vincent - icon. And yes, I will always refer to him as Butters - sorry, Vincent - as I think of him as the first, but find it mean to call him by a hated nickname when my boy Beaver Cassidy's in the same boat.

I used to have the crazy.

I decided to go back and review what I've said about Veronica Mars on TWoP since way back when, and found this amusing theory of mine:
Duncan is the child of Keith Mars and Celeste Kane, Veronica is the child of Lianne Mars and Jake Kane, Lilly is the child of Celeste Kane and Weevil's dad, Weevil is the child of Weevil's mom and Aaron Echolls, and Logan's the only legitimate child on the show!

I also was defending Logan as of the first episode I watched (the repeat of the second episode, "Credit Where Credit's Due"), and was hankering for LoVe before Troy was revealed to be evil. I also guessed the killer the night he appeared.

Obviously, I am psychic.

Of course, I also asked "So who thinks the 'hunky deputy' will be evil?" upon reading the semi-spoilers in TV Guide before Leo showed up. I then told the (Internet) world that his looks did nothing for me, and I thought Jason Dohring was much hotter. I WAS CRAZY LAST YEAR. By "Silence of the Lamb", I was rooting for Logan/Mac.
