CSI - Vartann

Tombstone and searching buildings.

Today at the academy, during lunch, we watched Tombstone (not quite all of it, but a good portion). Pretty kickass movie, although it proves I CANNOT RECOGNIZE MOVIE ACTORS TO SAVE MY LIFE. GOD. I was sitting there all "Hm, Doc's kinda hot", and totally not realizing he was played by Val Kilmer. The other two guys I made notes of to look up on IMDb, because they were cute? Yeah. Michael Biehn (dunno what any of you'd know him from, but I know him from Hawaii) and Jason Priestley. Jeez, I'm an idiot.

(Speaking of Val Kilmer: According to IMDb, he's got the following projects lined up -
Dark Matter (2006) (pre-production)
Agent One-Half (2007) (pre-production) .... Lance Stone
Alpha Numeric (2006) (pre-production)
The Poison Rose (2006) (pre-production) (in negotiations) .... Carson Mitchell
Coin Locker Babies (2006) (pre-production)
Deja Vu (2006) (filming)
Moscow Zero (2006) (post-production) .... Andrey
Delgo (2006) (post-production) (voice) .... Bogardus
Summer Love (2006) (post-production) .... The Wanted Man
What Love Is (2006) (post-production) (attached)
Played (2007) (completed) .... Dillon
The Ten Commandments (2006) (completed)

This amuses me.)

We spent the entire day going over and then doing building searches and pedestrian contacts, and damn am I tired. Not that we were doing any real physical activity - the most I did was either the duck-walk through the building or hauling a suspect off of a curb. That's seriously about it. Maybe it's the whole stayed-up-till-2AM-last-night thing. Yeah, prolly.

The searches and contacts were pretty fun, although I could've done without my partner pointing out every little thing I did wrong after I'd already stated all those points. (I'll also note that he never pointed out to the advisors anything he himself had done wrong, although he knew he had - he would talk about it when we walked from scenario to scenario.)
